We do not record or store any payment information. Your payment information is handled securely using SSL protocol via the PayPal payment gateway.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. A substitute product will be offered or a refund for the out of stock item. We will only ship your order once we have received confirmation of how you wish to proceed.
If your order arrives with damaged or missing items then please contact us via email within 10 working days. For damages you must also provide a photo of the packaging and contents. On these rare occasions we will investigate further and proceed accordingly with a credit/refund. We cannot offer any credits or refunds for damaged, missing or unwanted items after 10 working days of receipt of your order.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request photographic ID. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where the recipient cannot be proved to be at least 18 years old.
