Clarence Spirits Limited was born in December 2018 with the aim to bring local Premium Spirits to its customers. A family run business with an affinity to the North East and lovers of quality food and drinks. It was the love of spirits that spurred on an idea, to create a drink that can be enjoyed simply by itself, a sipping Gin.

With that in mind St Mary’s Premium Gin was created. Named after the local Island and Lighthouse, we wanted to ensure its taste and bottle design were both as equally beautiful as the views. We believe we have achieved that. Within four months St Mary’s Gin was a firm favourite of the area and stocked in nearly 100 establishments.

The quote ‘St Mary’s Gin, best served On the Rocks’ was by one of our first customers after experiencing it the very way it was created to be served.

We want to be part of the community, so our goal is to develop and promote our stockist (bars, restaurants, bistros, retailers) just as much as the brand itself and to also to interact with the drinkers of St Mary’s Gin by encouraging them to be part of our journey from day one.

St Mary’s Gin is to be followed by its little sister, St Mary’s Premium Vodka in March 2019 and to be another firm favourite of the North East. Not one to rest on its laurels, Clarence Spirits Ltd has big plans for 2019 with the goal to see its products being available on a national level and available to every bar, restaurant and retailer.
